  • All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

  • We use USPS Standard Shipping for all our deliveries within the U.S. Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days to arrive

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read our return policy carefully:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

    • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, but trying the socks is okay. Slightly tried socks are acceptable.

    • Original packaging must be included.

  • To initiate a return, email us at info@2fit-u.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

    For size exchanges, email us with the size you need and your order details.

    For defective items, please email us with a description and photos of the defect.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

    For size exchanges, we cover the shipping cost for the new size shipment.

    We do not charge restocking fees.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

    If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

    If rejected, we will provide details and discuss possible next steps.
